How do I book the service?
There are several ways to book our service:

How do I pay?
You will receive an invoice every after cleaning. Invoice will be sent through email or e-invoice.
What if I have to cancel or reschedule?
You may reschedule or cancel the service in less than 48 hours before the service begins. If the cleaners are unable to enter the premises or Client’s non-attendance during the scheduled working hour Company requires a client to pay a 30% cancellation fee.
What language do cleaners speak?
In case of a damage to anything in the property caused by our cleaners, we are insured to cover the damage.
What if something’s damaged during a cleaning service?
English is the main language of our cleaners when working.
Do you provide cleaning supplies and equipment?
To allow the staff to perform well, cleaning supplies like detergents and tools must be provided by the client. Company can also provide cleaning supplies with an additional charge.
Our services:
Home Cleaning - 40€/h (incl. VAT) 16€/h after tax deduction
Window Cleaning - 45€/h (incl. VAT) 18€/h after tax deduction
The window cleaning supplies are included in the price, except the bucket and ladder.
Moving In/Out Cleaning - 45€/h (incl. VAT) 18€/h after tax deduction
Office Cleaning - 35€/h (VAT 0%)
